This app will allow you, a Castle Rental customer, to make payments on an existing rental agreement and communicate with the store via the messaging feature.You can use the same username and password to log in to your existing Castle Rental online payments website account. If you do not have online payments set up, sign up by clicking the “Sign Up” link at the bottom of the login page to set up online payments.
Once you select this link, you will be asked to create a username and password to link this app to your active Castle Rental account. You will need your Customer Number and Agreement number on your existing rental agreement with Castle Rental. You can also call your local Castle Rental store, and they can give you this information.
