Dear users,With our new service app “My 1903 2.0”, we would like to offer you an innovative successor to our previous app “My 1903”.
The “Service Reports” section offers you a special innovation. Here you have the opportunity to forward your concern, for example a fault report, directly to us at any time of the day or night. You will be guided through the menu using step-by-step instructions and at the end you will receive a confirmation email about your sent request. Here it is also possible to upload photos or videos directly. Afterwards, you can find out about the current status of your request in the app at any time. From creation, to commissioning a service provider, to completion. This saves you the time and effort of having to constantly check with your property management about the current status and also creates a new form of transparency for you as a user.
In addition, we will continuously inform you about important messages that affect you as a user via our digital bulletin board.
Under the “Neighborhood Network” section, you as users can also exchange ideas with each other and, for example, plan your own events or discuss topics that affect your neighborhood.
